Advent Manpower is duly license as an Employment Agency by the British Columbia
Director of Employment Standards under the Employment Standard Act and the Employment
Standard Regulation.
Since 1998, a business partner then incorporator of Advent Manpower has been involved
in the recruitment of nannies and care-givers, providing individuals and families
with the help and care they need. With both partner’s joint effort and careful planning,
recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled workers was added.
Recruitment of personnel is through local hiring or out sourcing. We have manpower
source outside Canada, qualified personnel with extensive working experience in
the Middle East and Southeast Asia particularly the Philippines. The proven skills
and dedication of our applicants even at international level is something we are

ensures efficiency and high quality of result in the process. For our foreign recruits,
Advent Manpower ensures medical fitness of candidates, authenticity of candidate’s
provided documentations and clearances and compliance with respective embassy’s
requirements.
Candidates are guided through in pre-departure orientation seminar; familiarize
them with Canadian way of life. Flight bookings could be arranged through us. Candidates
are guided through in the airport departures formalities. Meeting candidates on
their arrivals in Canada airport could also be provided if requested.
